Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged,unwashed free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with original tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at monica@myohofit.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
LOST OR DAMAGE ITEMS IN ROUTE, is not Myoho Fit's responsibility.
Once you conclude your order you will receive an email with your order tracking number you can contact USPS customer service number 1-800-275-8777 to track or make a claim of your lost or delayed package.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days.
